Recruitment and placements of only English speaking applicants in the medical field will be taken in consideration (pre-requisite to be able to live/work in Canada, New Zealand and Australia).

The director and owner of Matrixvisa Inc, Cobus (Jacobus) Kriek, is authorized under Canadian law to represent clients in immigration matters. On 14 April, 2004 changes were published in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) of Canada. In terms of IRPR 2, 10(2) and 13 (1) an applicant or employer that is retaining the services of a paid representative must be a member in good standing with

  • a bar of a province; or
  • a public notary in the province of Quebec (Chambre des notaires du Québec); or
  • the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) incorporated under Part II of the Canada Corporations Act on October 8, 2003.
